Students in Hunger, Hope & Healing are often doing yoga practices for the first time. Sometimes yoga has felt too hard or too scary or the positions were uncomfortable for a variety of reasons. I am dedicated to creating yoga practices that support you with your recovery, not only from challenges with food or your body or the diet-culture-mentality, but also to recover your capacity for mindful movement that you can feel nourished by.

This practice can be done whether you need an adaptive approach to yoga or not. You’ll be able to release stress and tension easily and find your way back to a more calm mind. Unwind tension in your shoulders, spine and hips, and then release your calves and lower back. You’ll have a deep rest and feel revitalized
