Renegade - 1993 - Fight Your Way Out - Master System | Shortplay
Renegade is a beat 'em up video game developed by Technōs Japan and distributed by Taito for the arcades in 1986. The Master System version, developed by Natsume and published by Sega in 1993, is based largely on the NES port rather than the original arcade, but with enhanced graphics and several improvements like new death cutscenes and a revamped ending. This port was only released in Europe, Australia and Brazil.
GAME RECORDING INFO:
The game was scaled to 4k, without bi-linear filtering, and retaining the original aspect ratio (screen ratio, not the internal resolution). I also use a shader that simulates a CRT Monitor with a S-Video filter signal, and over it i created a a 3d image of a game room with a TV from the 80s, to create a nostalgic atmosphere.
