Transcript: You know, the first one was a pleasant surprise.

The second one that was a remake of the first one was also a pleasant surprise for people who didn’t even know the first one existed. This sequel is shit. It adds so little that the only reason I can think of to buy this game relies entirely on how little your parents loved you and left you to be raised by some cartoon mutant horrors residing 20,000 leagues under the sea. But even then the game sucks. The first at least had nostalgia to draw upon, whereas this sequel is obviously hiding behind retro without understanding that if there is no rose-tinted glasses to look through, all anyone will see is that you didn’t learn a fucking thing over the last two decades and that’s when out comes the chastising ruler to beat some fucking sense into you. Don’t buy.
