In this episode of Retro Flashback, I take a look at the NES version of Double Dragon II: The Revenge. This is a major departure not only from Double Dragon on the NES but also the arcade version of Double Dragon II and though it's still very flawed, I somehow really enjoy this one a lot more than its predecessor.

Double Dragon II: The Revenue can be purchased digitally on the Wii Virtual Console which can be accessed via the Wii Shop Channel. It was also available on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, PC Engine, ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Amiga, IBM PC and the TurboGrafx CD.
