The current patch introduced a lot of substantial changes to GameMaker Studio 2. And to make this as fair as possible, most people don't seem to have any issues with the newest iteration of the ide. Well, most. Me and some peoples experience isn't that good.

So if GameMaker Studio is at the updated stage not satisfying you can always fix it by uninstalling and installing a previous function version. This is the cleanest way to reverse GameMaker Studio to a functional version back.

My GameMaker Studio 2 version was broken because it ran with 5-10 frames per second, which is frankly terrible to use (see my previous video on that "r.i.p. GameMaker Studio 2). Other people had significant fps drops or some minor bugs. Here we need to see how well YoYo patches these issues out in the future.

Does it fix the issue?
No, this is only a temporary measure so you can still use the ide like you used to.
