In my last Clockwork Mansion video, only two witches spawn. I managed to correct this, and get all three to spawn by moving around some body parts in Lower Aventa before leaving the Clockwork Mansion with Sokolov. I believe the glitch relates to the fact that body parts were strewn on and near the carriage rails in Lower Aventa, causing one of the witches to notice and attempt to investigate by warping onto the tracks, killing them or leaving them stranded in Upper Aventa or the steps of the Clockwork Mansion. In fact, I actually have footage of a witch spawning next to the carriage at the Clockwork Mansion, seemingly drawn by the trail of bodies generated during the run.
