I am not sure which level this is exactly but it's maybe 23-24, the sequence requested is Blue, Green, Green, Red, Blue, Green, Red, Blue. But I clearly am going through this sequence correctly until that last Green, where the level resets. This is completely reproducible, and I recorded a bunch until I had these two attempts back to back with the same level resets before posting the bug.
