This delicious somen noodle recipe combines both nori tsukudani (dried seaweed) and toasted nori (roasted seaweed)! Try it if you're tired of the same old somen noodles! ♪

■Ingredients (Serving 1)
・2 bundles (100g) somen noodles
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
・White sesame seeds, as needed
・Scallions (chopped), as needed
☆Somen noodle soup
・30g nori tsukudani (dried seaweed)
・1 sheet toasted nori (dried seaweed)
・1/2 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
・150cc water
■Procedure
(1) Mix the ingredients listed above (somen noodle soup) in a bowl. (The salt content varies depending on the type of nori tsukudani, so adjust the amount of mentsuyu and nori tsukudani to your liking.
When adding roasted nori, tear the noodles into pieces.)
(2) Boil water in a pot, add somen noodles, and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain, rinse in cold water, drain, and serve in a serving dish.
(3) Pour somen tsuyu over the serving dish. Drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions.
