Here's a small run of the RotTR DLC campaign Blood Ties, completed in 3:56. I started timing from selecting new game, ended timing when Lara examines the prompt inside the crypt.

This is also a type of low% completion. In the end, Lara will have only picked up 4% of the items at Croft Manor.

Blood Ties is a short extra level where Lara hangs out at the Croft Manor and her objective is to find some type of proof of her mother's whereabouts to not lose the rights to the Manor. It turns out she is so impatient to find out the truth that she will even resort to using glitches, just to get closure as fast as possible.

No one else had ran Blood Ties, probably because it's a fairly simplistic story-driven campaign. But for some reason I was interested in trying it out, and so I did a bit of routing and glitching... and this run is the result.

This specific run attempt was one of my earlier attempts, and as such the navigation in it is sloppy. It could look much better for sure... However, I was really lucky because I got most of the timesaves on first try, and for now this is the fastest completion I've managed to pull off.

EDIT: with even more glitches, I managed to get this time down to under 90 seconds.

More detailed comments:

0:43 - jumping is faster than running, so Lara will jump as much as possible during the run.

0:49 - picking the map before going downstairs seems to be fastest way to do things.

1:06 - potential improvement: sometimes when jumping after picking up Flashlight, Lara does a bizarre long jump that reaches all the way to the stairs. This is a frame-precise thing and didn't happen on this run.

1:28 - difficult trick: After entering the hidden passage, the game is supposed to turn into a pure walking simulator and you lose the ability to run or jump. However, you can do a frame-precise (?) jump right as you enter the passageway to skip walking downstairs. This saves around 12 seconds but can't be relied on.

1:48 - the strange sound you hear is one of the bottles in the area acting in a glitchy way. Its physics endlessly react to the floor, so it will keep making a sound by itself.

3:07 - leaping up the ladder is normally disabled. But once again, frame precise (?) button press allows Lara to do at least one ladder leap upwards before she has to normally climb the rest of the way.

3:16 - difficult trick: with enough height and a correct angle, Lara can scramble on top of the protruding shelves (that serve as the entrance to Library) and from there go Out of Bounds. Once out of bounds, you can reach near the main hall quite easily by a few jumps.

3:33 - the crypt area is not loaded until you hit a specific trigger, or that's how it seems to me. My setup for getting it loaded is to jump on the middle of the three "planks" rising from the direction of the main hall and crouchwalk on top of it until it disappears. Then the crypt should be loaded.

3:46 - if you're too fast on PS4, the crypt floor is not loaded and you'll fall down.

3:52 - potential improvement: Lara's monologue might go by faster on another language setting.
