Growth Nectar is an odd item, Safe Spaces and the bands not counting towards the buffs makes it a little odd since they're on the bar. Once again the Rejuv rack and the Infusions show the power of regen when you want it with False Son. I'm coming around with False Son being my favorite of the three new characters, because I really do like the Lunar Tampering, I just don't like the Lunar Spikes (M2).

So based on the RoR2 wiki, the Growth Nectar gives: 20% Health ( WHICH is great for False Son), Health Regen, Movement, Damage, Attack Speed, Crit and Armor. I think Growth Nectar can be really solid on other characters that have their own buffs.

I still don't like Chef, I've been having a tough time with the character, but I'm probably get a run done evenutally.
