Thank you everyone that watches this Twitch Replay of my 250 Follower Cooking Celebration Stream! I still can’t believe how many people have followed and subscribed to my Twitch Channel! Now as stated in my stream here is the Recipes for both the Egg Fried Rice and the Huli Huli Chicken:

Egg Fried Rice Ingredients:

1 day old Cooked Rice
Any Broth or Water for rice
1 Onion Diced
Garlic Powder
Sesame Oil
Chinese 5 Spice
Soy Sauce or Tamari
Frozen mixed vegetables
1-4 eggs
Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Cook the rice with either a broth or water the day before you plan to make the fried rice.

Heat vegetable oil in pan and dice the onion then place in pan and sauté it until it becomes translucent.

Place rice in pan with onion and stir for a few minutes until onion is incorporated into the rice.

Stir in your Garlic Powder, Sesame Oil,Chinese 5 Spice, and Soy Sauce or Tamari and stir until well mixed.

Add your frozen mixed vegetables and stir for a few minutes until they’re no longer frozen and incorporated into the rice.

Make a small well in the middle of the pan and crack some eggs into the well and let them cook.

When thoroughly cooked mix egg(s) into the rice and plate.




Huli Huli Chicken Ingredients:

1 Cup packed brown sugar
3/4 Ketchup
3/4 reduced sodium soy sauce or Tamari
1/3 Cup Sherry or chicken broth
2 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
24 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients. (Optionally) Reserve 1 1/3 cups for basting; cover and refrigerate. Divide remaining marinade between 2 large shallow dishes. Add 12 chicken thighs to each; turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours or overnight.

2. Drain chicken, discarding marinade.

3. Grill chicken, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 170 Degrees; Baste occasionally with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes if cooking on a barbecue. For George Foreman Grill cook for 8 minutes.

4. Serve and enjoy
