In Part 3, we hover at the brink of disaster as a critical budget shortfall threatens to bring our shining metropolis crashing to its knees. To top it all off, we must make a devil's bargain in order to fix a persistent power problem. Somehow, coal is not making its way to our power plants, so it is time to raise the stakes and bulldoze the coal plants. The replacement power plant is "safe" and carbon-neutral, no pollution, we have the tech level, what could possibly go wrong?? ;)
