If you try to open Roblox on your Playstation and it looks like this, then open up the Roblox Mobile app and log into the same account as you have on your Playstation. Go to the more section in the bottom right, go to Settings, Security, scroll down to Playstation, and press the Disconnect button. Then you can try to log back in.
If it didn’t work, then go back to Security and scroll all the way down, to click Log out of all Other Sessions. This will disconnect any device connected to your account. So you will have to manually log-in back on all devices, but it might solve your problem. I hope this video helped.
You can also do this last method from your PC, by clicking these three dots, going to Settings, Security and at the bottom there is the button.
