I was just having fun messing with Minetest. I'm not into the whole "multiplayer" thing. I used to be, but people used to piss me off and cramp my style too much (on other games long forgotten). Besides, in singleplayer, I have unlimited control over which mods engineer and shape my world!

Ok, my approach to the Cloudlands used to be to install the Nether mod and dig down until I find a lava lake. Harvest obsidian. Create a portal stone and tap it with mese to activate. Then, harvest enough ancient stone to create a portal to the Coudlands. Only you've got to dig until you actually find mese crystals to be able to activate the first portal.

So... the other day I was browsing through Minetest mods and came across the More Boots mod which is a mod of Boots of Swiftness. This mod adds more boots to the original, boots which make you run MUCH faster or jump MUCH higher, like the Rocket Boots. I just wasn't ready.

My first jump, I just fell to my death. It was still fun! Then my brain clicked in and I started thinking, "Hey what about that hangglider..." I didn't realize before that those two mods are made for each other like yin and yang. Like two peas in a pod!

I don't know if any of my viewers are into Minetest. I have never played Minecraft. It was actually No Man's Sky that got me into Minetest. I love game engines that procedurally generate your world. Torchlight 1 & 2 randomize the dungeons with "chunks", No Man's Sky generates entire worlds for you to explore, Super Metroid & ALTTP Combo Randomizer create a new challenge for you out of two old games.

Out of respect, Minecraft came before Minetest. I love Minetest because its free to install and use it but also has excellent mod support. These games are the ultimate randomizers. Change just one digit in a seed, and your entire world changes to something completely different and unique.

Oh sorry about saying three wool and two sticks on the glider recipe. It was late, and my ability to count starts to suck when I'm about to pass out.

-----Thanks-----
