I was getting frustrated at OpenShot for the past week or so, because I was having the problem of only certain animated titles working at all and having to use the CPU for rendering them. That was SO slow.

I finally got so frustrated I decided to do some research. Turns out there are a lot of people having these issues with OpenShot, and some people are offering the wrong solution to fix the problem. Like pointing OpenShot to your blender executable or renaming certain python scripts so they interact better with blender.

So what you actually need to do is install the PPA stable version of OpenShot. It does not have these problems. Do NOT replace the keyserver or add a keyserver to gpg.conf. (Also it was late when I made the video. I meant gpg when I said gng.) There is NOTHING wrong with your television. Just kidding, I mean with the Ubuntu keyserver. Your certificate is the problem, not the keyserver.
