Ok so this is not really a fix, because the emulator was not really broken! Good news for people that use an SD card for Gamecube or Wii ISOs... Dolphin Emulator already had scoped storage support but doesn't seem to mention it.

But after someone asked me how he could access his SD card on Dolphin Emulator, I uninstalled my old Dolphin Emulator and deleted the entire config folder (NOT before archiving it first, as there are some goodies inside, like texture packs for both Zelda games, and custom configs that allow you to use games like Twilight Princess at full speed on Android).

I downloaded the latest dev version of Dolphin Emulator for Android and started with zero configs. It took me 10 MINUTES of looking through the settings menu to actually find where to add a folder from the SD card, and it wasn't even in the menu! (slaps forehead) I feel more intelligent every day of my life. I'm almost up to human intelligence finally!

-----Thanks-----
