Rocket Knight Adventures Playthrough Part 2
0Stage 2 is a good change of pace with a new kind of level design, water everywhere and you having to use the new design of the level to fight the enemies here. With the waterfall climb introducing enemies as you climb along with obstacles it tells you things are going to get a bit trickier from here on out. Then comes the mini-boss showing you to use every bit of terrain for the fight in and out of the foreground.
Through the caves you go, avoiding enemies and spikes up to what looks to be a dangerously difficult room with spikes everywhere but the spikes moving in such a way telling you that you can swim under and over them is a very nice touch.
Now for a bit of a difficulty spike on the mine cart ride. Ducking all the sudden spikes and fighting more pigs throwing bombs at you, and then jumping from cart to cart trying not to fall off. Followed up by a boss that most people might not be able to pass on their first time playing with 3 completely different forms and soaking up a ton of damage this makes for a hard boss early in the game.
