Ahaha, well you guys know me by now, sometimes I just can't help but do stupid stuff. But fret not, I'll still persevere!

However, I'm wondering how much of that evergrowing XP bar is a bug and how much of it is an oversight. Mind you, there's a difference: in one case there could have been an enemy that caused it to screw up (bug), or simply that you stop leveling after a certain point (oversight). I'd be a little surprised by the latter, given how much time I spent diving instead of clearing. But hey, these things happen, and they practically wouldn't be roguelikes without 'em, yeah?
