Weapons sure are rare in this game! Or at least, normal, everyday weapons you'd expect to just be lying around, to the point where you're sick of seeing them. I get that the enemies appear to be fond of picking them up, but how come they always have to break whenever I kill them? It's almost the exact opposite situation of DoomRL, where every single enemy with a weapon drops it and irritation of unloading them all. I haven't had a problem yet, but that auto rifle is starting to get low on maximum durability...

Not that it would be a problem if I knew how to use rifle parts I find to make a simple replacement (which would also be superior due to the negative mods applied to the current one). This game requires a serious investment of time before you can make... well... pretty much anything. I've had the worst luck trying to combine stuff! And, unfortunately, I don't think I'm gonna do another run after this one. It's already taken forever to get this far, and it'd take many hours (even on Easy) to pick up enough schematics to use even a fraction of my inventory. Just not one of those LP-friendly roguelikes, I guess.

I MIGHT actually go ahead and spoil myself, though, for the sake of you guys seeing something interesting. I'm all ears for hints until then!
