fix:
- go to: settings
- graphics
- scroll down to find: advanced
- find: anti aliasing / upscalling method
- change from DLSS to TSR
- change from TSR to DLSS
- APPLY CHANGES

this will fix only that specific scenario and onscreen effect - it will not pull more power from your potato pc to run this game

never had that issue on beta branch build or production
happened first time after updating latest beta build to current production 0.1.2.0 update

you can see the effect of the fix taking effect on both video and framerate graph

01:15 game loaded fully and i've waited for CPU usage to go back to ~50%
