also i've changed Gigabyte Control Center to APP Center so that maybe plays a role but would have to uninstall P2P1 now and well i have better things to do - but seems that in game CPU is fully under game control as EasyTune changes has no effects whatsoever on the clocks
RTSS + Perfmon2 + NVIDIA App recording in 120 Mb/s so that might a slight impact on the 'readings' - don't get to attached to those exact ms values too much
