Graphics and Sound

Ruby Run: Eye God's Revenge has simple but beautifully designed cartoony graphics, character designs are simple yet pretty, the weapons here are quite crazy and out of this world, environments are nice too, quite flat really which is typical of side scrolling games but still managed to look great, colors are very nice, they are crisp and quite sharp, lots of variety making the game really colorful, animations are also nice, movements are smooth all over, from the character to the enemies to the weapon fire, everything seems to be animated properly, music and sounds are also great, it has a rather cool soundtrack and sound effects are really abundant, lots of variety but never too loud as to affect your gameplay, special effects are great, weapon fire has pretty visuals overall and explosions are quite nice and flashy, overall, the game is great visually, a very nice arcade shooter indeed.

Gameplay

Ruby Run: Eye God's Revenge is your typical side scrolling arcade shooter where you need to move your character from left to right and shoot everything in sight, but besides the enemies you will encounter, there are also some obstacles along the way that you need to evade or overcome and you'll be jumping a lot here, but no worries, as controls are very easy, there are only two buttons you need to press here, the jump button and the shoot button, gems are very important in the game, they are used to buy weapons that you can use to shoot the enemies, collect enough gems and buy al the 28 out of this world weapons available at the shop, the game is fun, and if you enjoy classic arcade shooters, you'll certainly enjoy this one.
