RUF RGT. Gran Turismo on PPSSPP - Time trial #60
The 996-generation Porsche 911 GT3 was (is) a pretty solid performer and all, but what if you wanted to make it better? Enter the first-generation RUF RGT. Sure, a 0-100 km/h time of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 306 km/h may seem lacklustre by today's standards, but back in 2000 that was blisteringly fast, especially for a sports car of this nature.

[Description (based in-game)]
The RUF RGT is a supercar built by Germany's RUF Automobile, based on the 996-type Porsche 911 GT3. An upgraded camshaft, custom-developed exhaust system, a remapped engine management system and a revamped air filter helped lift the power output from the 3.6-liter flat-6 up to 283 kW. Like the 911 GT3, the RGT routed power from the engine to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission, but customers could opt for an all-wheel-drive system, if so desired.
The handling was reworked by the company as well. The front brakes, featuring 6-piston calipers, were large and bit down on equally huge 370 mm ventilated front discs with verve (the rear brake discs are also ventilated and were 355 mm in size). The very attractive aluminum wheels on the RGT were of RUF's own design, with 225/40ZR-18s up front and wide 285/30ZR-18s at the rear (19-inch wheels are optional). The suspension featured a RUF-designed sports suspension developed off of the 911 GT3's components.
RUF employed new front and rear spoilers, side skirts and new aerodynamic side mirrors, along with some other custom touches to the exterior. Inside the sheet metal were an integrated rollcage, leather-clad interior trim and sports seats as optional equipment.
The RUF RGT was reported to be capable of going from a standstill to 100 km/h in a time of 4.6 seconds and boasted a top speed of 307 km/h.
