Recorded using my $3 HDMI-USB adapter. This video is uncut, so you can see exactly how fast and how slow the AI responds on my 10 years old laptop that I had recused from an Arabic guy. If this antique can run AI locally, the chance that your computer can do the same is very likely.

PS. The boot time for this laptop is about 58 seconds using a SSD. I have fast-boot disabled. Windows 10 is truly amazing, even though I am still using Win 7.
