Important Note: I completed Heartache by the Number instead of this quest, so I can only show the first bits of this quest and me going homicidal.

Easy thing the delivery is. Just give the guy the stuff and report back to Gloria. With 75 speech, you can trick him into paying you.

In the next part of the quest, you're asked to fetch Cass. You need to do some quests for the Crimson Caravan before you can get Cass to leave Mojave Outpost. Alternatively, you could kill Cass at Outpost, but the NCR will be pissed.

To get Cass, you need to work for Alice McLafferty until she asks you to buy Cass's Caravan company. Use Alice's offer and a speech check or drinking contest to get Cass to follow you.

To avoid NCR infamy, lead her to John Baptiste and he will kill her.

Last part of the quest, which I didn't do, is to obey Gloria once more and see the Van Graffs and NCR troopers ambush Legionaries. You technically don't have to kill anyone yourself; just watch the show and report back for NCR and Freeside fame and quest complete.
