Safalaan will be stunned by a letter and will ask you to scout the location the letter's author wishes to meet at.
Your quest log will give you directions to the lookout point.

Once there, climb up a wall marked by the Myreque symbol and stand at the lookout marker (another sickle symbol). A oddly high leveled little girl will appear downstairs and for some reason your character wants to help her right away. Drop to the ground floor by interacting with some floorboards near the wall that you climbed up.

Speak with the girl and she will reveal she is Vanescuela Drakan. She requests that you strike an alliance with her and gives you a letter to give to Safalaan.
Use the amulet to teleport to the Meiyerditch base. Safalaan will request that you infiltrate Darkmeyer to obtain Blisterwood that Vanescuela spoke.
Speak with Vertida before leaving and he will inform you to fetch some smoke bombs from crates near the base exit ladder.

Again, directions are in your quest journal on how to reach the Darkmeyer access point. Generally, it's just northward. You know you are at it when you see water leaking with from a grate. Interact with the grate to be meet Vanescuela on the other side. She will instruct you to fetch clothes from chests in the lower tier of Darkmeyer and will give you a needle and some thread. Her advice is to shroud yourself by setting off a smoke bomb to trick Juvinates and avoid Vyrewatch.
Use a bomb and rush each explorable building when no Vyrewatch is around.
When you have the four pieces of Darkmeyer clothing, fix them up, put them on, and report to Vanescuela to have your human scent permanently cloaked while the clothes are on.
