Looting:
Code for .357 ammo in the contraband room to the left from the entrance. Access it by hacking a hard terminal to unlock the room.

Code for Steady is across from the contraband room in a nook with coffee cups.

A Dean Secret Stash can be found in the ladies bathroom through the hall on your right when you enter.

The code for .308 ammo can be found on some debris in the men's bathroom.

In the back left half of station, there's a path to the basement and a hall passing some cells. Look at the top of the cabinet at the far end of the hall, past all the cells, to find a code for weapon repair kits.

Downstairs in the basement, a copy of Grognak the Barbarian can found in a closed off room that is in the opposite direction from where you will find the Dog Command tape. The Grognak is on the floor by a ladder.

The Dog Command is necessary to completing the quest. Grab it and play it near Dog's cage. Either deal with the personality that reveals itself, or trick God into telling you where the key is and force into being Dog by playing the Prisoner Holotape.

After the cage unlocks, look in the back corner for a Dead Man's Hand card.
