RVLution Wii is a hack for New Super Mario Bros Wii using the Newer Super Mario Bros Wii engine. It was created by Python back in 2014 and took him only three months to create. Take the role of Skawo to take back the RVLution Forum!

For those unaware, RVLution used to be a forum dedicated to NSMBW hacking. You may know some people who came from there, actually. NoteBlock, Skawo, StapleButter, LifeMushroom, Me, Iggy3434, GoronGuy123, and Danster are just a few from the top of my head.

Well, it looks like this playthrough is coming to a close. Not gonna do another one for a little while, probably. But maybe I will. Who knows?

So, what are my overall thoughts on this game? Well, it has good points and bad points. On the plus side, the level design is really good. It's impressive how long the levels are whilst still maintaining a theme/difficulty curve. However, they are a little bit repetitive. There aren't really any distinct environments other than "hey look we're in diagonal line land" or "hey look, we're outside a ghost house but we aren't actually". It made me burn out whilst I was editing these because I was pretty much saying the same thing over and over. Still, can't really fault the level design other than the odd incorrectly placed question block.

So, I'm ending it here for two reasons.
1) I have exams. And coursework. I'm spending a very long time revising every day and my priority needs to be trying to manipulate myself into doing more revision (I can't concentrate for long but I'll fail if I don't do this!)

2) I want you to play this hack! It'll take you an afternoon or two but it'll be worth it! Check the downloads section for how to download it. I'll also link a guide showing how to hack the Wii U's Virtual Wii Menu! There are still two levels that you can try to experience for yourself :)
