サナエチャレンジ！～ドキドキさなぽん信仰ねこそぎ大勝利！の巻～ is a simple but addictive game and one of many based around the Touhou characters and namesake. The name is so long that it is typically known as "Touhou Miracle Misogi Action" or "Sanae Challenge!" for short, and little is known about the game. Even the creators, Lion Heart, don't say much about it.

In this game, you play as Sanae Kochiya [東風谷　早苗 (こちや　さなえ), or Sanae Kotiya as she is also known as] who must purify disturbances where ghosts or youkai emerge and put Moriya shrines in their place. Several other Touhou characters like Kanako and Suwako also pitch in with dialogue or little tidbits while you play, and Sanae reacts differently and says different things when she's doing well, purifies an area, gets hit, etc. If you're not into Touhou, this may not seem like much (and keeping track with the massive list of Touhou characters is anything but easy), but it's an effective time-waster anyway.

Sanae can shoot magic from her Gohei-like wand and suck up enemies in a powerful magic vacuum. You also fight boss-like enemies who have to be destroyed and actually fight back with projectiles. I went through the level a little faster due to the size and decent quality of the video. Enjoy.
