We've spent so much time working on automation, resource gathering, and belt management, that we haven't done enough exploring in this playthrough, so let's do that now! We start off heading north and quickly find the edge of the world! We then head east and gather many power slugs while fighting all the random fire throwing animal dudes. As we turn towards the south, we finally get out of the desert and find a couple crash sites for more hard drives! We also find some mycelia, thanks to the eagle eyes of one of our viewers, which lets us unlock some more healing research! After some field research, we head home and unlock one of the coolest items in the game: The Blade Runners! These leg attachments increase your run speed, jump height, and reduce fall damage!
