Sayu Specialty in Real Life: Dizziness-Be-Gone no Jutsu Version 2.0
Genshin Impact Food 2.0: Dizziness-Be-Gone no Jutsu Version 2.0
After making so many different animal-style onigiris I've learned that the ears can really determine whether or not it will look like the animal you are presenting. Too round, too triangular, too high, too low~ I think this time I nailed it :')

Makes 4 Onigiri:
- 4 cups cooked white SHORT GRAIN rice
- 2 cups cooked black SHORT GRAIN rice
-water & salt to form
TIPS:
*you must use short grain because it has more starch vs long grain, starch helps onigiri stick together
*make the base mostly white rice because it is stickier, if you use mostly black rice it will fall apart
*the rice must be hot or warm for it to be able to successfully bind together!
*constantly wet your hands so it doesn't stick to them while you form everything
Filling
- 1 cup canned drained tuna
- 1 tablespoon cucumber (salted, and drained out of it's water)
- 2 tablespoon green onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon kewpie mayo
- pepper
Design
- nori aka laver aka roasted seaweed https://amzn.to/2VMbv4A
- kinako aka roasted soybean powder https://amzn.to/3yHooeT
you can also just use ham instead of kinako to color the ears, but I didn't have any :)
