Dango:
1/2 (115g) cup silken tofu (do not use other types, not soft, not firm, SILKEN)
1 cup (130g) Mochiko glutinous rice flour (must be glutinous, not regular)
*mix both until you get a smooth dough, if it's dry add more tofu, if it's too wet add more Mochiko. The texture should not be sticking to your hands and must be smooth
*once you've created your dango, boil for 4 1/2 minutes
Syrup:
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water mixed with 1 tsp corn starch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
*mix all into a pot and boil for 3-4 minutes
Extras:
Keep a small amount of water near by
