Scared of Technology? You May Have Futureshock
"Future shock" is a term coined by futurist Alvin Toffler from his 1970 book of the same name. It's used describe a detached, distressed psychological state caused by "too much, too fast" with technology, social change, and more. Do you think future shock is real, or is it another word to describe luddites? Have you ever felt overwhelmed or anxious because of technology shifts, or did you ever consciously avoid new social networks or gadgets? Kristen Nedopak and I discuss the prospects.
