Hack Name: Scary Bosses and Nice Sprites

Saw this in the C3 and avoided it since it has that nice "Kaizoshit" tag slapped on it. Someone requested me to play it even when i'm not a fan of these so what did i get in the end? A kaizo light hack with trial and error setups and one janky boss fight out of the 4 in the hack, was it fun? eh. I don't hate it but i don't like it either, it's in the middle
Level 1: Stowaway Mario
A pirate ship themed level with Wario Land enemies, not much to say, all the stages have setups making good use of these and end with a door, luckily there's checkpoints every door so that's a nice thing. Overall a neat stage
Level 2: Difficulty Spike
Level gimmick are shells, because every kaizo need at least one, the spicy thing? This time they are spiky shells. Good thing this stage doesn't really require spin jumps at all. another good one
Level 3: Day of the Bumpty
A stage i actually like, i don't know why but this stage was a fun time, even with these janky bumptys, i specially love the snowstorm section, sadly it's too short
Level 4: I Spit in your Cave
My least favorite of the hack. This one felt slow, really slow, and the spitting things can be confusing at times. The boss was good tho, it reminded me a bit of Super Meat Boy, just for the arena itself, nothing else
Level 5: Later Alligator
Another fun stage, this time with jumping alligators, it reminded me to the klap-traps in DKC. This stage is a test of reflexes and it was fun to get moving along
Level 6: Ruined Eyeshight
Another of my least favorites, this one has grabbing hands and mummys. the thing with this stage is the timing for certain obstacles, and sometimes i felt like it was pure luck, regardless of what i think this stage was fine, the boss fight kinda sucked, idk, the fight itself was kinda repetitive with tring to jump in the eye, and trying to avoid the shit on screen, still, this is still a good boss, just not my cup of tea
Level 7: Bubbled to Death
This one i think it's good, bubble sprite is something you don't see often, and this stage uses it in clever ways, very good stage, even if most of the time it was, bubbler under spikes haha
Level 8: Koopa Konservation
This stage gimmick is, don't stomp koopas, eh, nothing you haven't seen already, stage was eh, not much to say, Next
Level 9: Helsing Nightmares
I am batman. Stage was alright, it has bats that just like majority of the sprites thus far, you can't spin jump on, unless you grab the garlic power so you may spinjump on them... once. Like i said, the stage is alright, nothing frustrating and fun to deal with, my problem is with the boss. You're telling me, i can only hit the bat from phase 2 onwards from right to left, because you intentionally left the bat ring active instead of hiding them for a little bit, making it more harder than it really is, come on man.
Level 10: Epic
The final set of rooms, and you guessed it, it's a remix of previous gimmicks and sprites thus far, didn't saw that coming, it was alright, i liked the stage for the most part but some setups are inconsistent, or that's what i felt. The boss was very good, that's a character i wasn't expecting to see

Conclusion:
Trial and error hacks aren't for me, so if just came here to read my picky statments expecting positive stuff well, sorry to ruin your day. if you only came here to see the video then enjoy it.
The hack is good, it has an audience and im not one of them so this hack for me it's whatever, but there are a lot of people who may find this fun and entertaining to play. I would recommend this hack only to the experimented players out there because this isn't an easy hack
