In this video I look at using VokoScreen NG to screen record within the Windows 11 OS. VokoScreen NG is also compatible with Linux:

I use a Startech USB3HDCap with their included StreamCatcherPro software to Screen Record outwith Windows for example within the UEFI BIOS Setup.
