Downloading a Windows 11 Insider Preview ISO, making a UEFI Bootable USB and Installation on a Dell
In this video I instruct in using the Unified Update Platform Dump to download the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview ISO (Build 22000) from the Developer Channel.
Detailed written guide available here:

The UUP Dump will automatically create an installation ISO. The install.wim file in the ISO unfortunately exceeds 4.0 GB which is the upper limit for the FAT32 File Format which makes it more difficult to make a UEFI Bootable USB (FAT32 File System and GPT Partition Scheme) using Rufus.
In order to make a UEFI Bootable USB that passes Secure Boot we need to manually use Rufus to make a non-bootable USB which uses the GPT Partition Table and FAT32 File Format. We then need to manually copy over all the contents except the install.wim and split it into multiple install.swm files which are less than 4.0 GB.
Once I have made the UEFI Bootable USB I take a look at installing Windows 11 on a Dell OptiPlex 7040 PC. Firstly I configure the Dell UEFI BIOS Setup to Enable the Security Features required for Windows 11, namely a UEFI Boot with Secure Boot (patched to address the mid 2020 Security Exploit) and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) of 2.0 which Dell states are available for every 6th Generation Intel System or newer.
Note that Microsoft initially released system requirements for Windows 11 stating one requires an 8th Generation Intel Processor or later. They received a large amount of backlash on this decision and have conceded to supporting 7th Generation Processors. There is not too much difference in performance in 7th Generation over 6th Generation and this system otherwise has all of the system requirements to run Windows 11. Microsoft have stated that they will relax the CPU requirement for the Insider Preview and use Insider Feedback to better characterise compatible processors. This system seems to run well on Windows 11 and my guess is the system requirements will be relaxed to include at least higher end 6th Generation Intel Processors for Windows 11 RTM. There is a warning however in Settings that this system may not be supported with Windows 11 RTM.
I slipstreamed the Dell Driver Pack when making the Windows 11 Bootable USB however Dell Command Update runs without any issues on Windows 11.
Finally I end demonstrating how to use the Windows 11 Insider Preview Feedback App in order to submit a bug to Microsoft or request a feature.
