Season: A Letter to the Future Isn't Like Other Games is about a newly released 2023 game and is the second YouTube video essay in my series on Answering Life's Biggest Questions Through Video Games. This is a brand new video game, released right at the turn of the month, that I played most of, at launch. The stark contrast with many games I've DNF'd over the last few years had me blown away. I am so impressed with this team, and cannot wait to see what games they come up with in the future. I anticipated this being a cozy game, but I didn't expect it to compete, head-on, with the long list of meaningful games I am playing this year.

In my opinion, nothing I spoil in my video would soil an experience with the game. Everyone will play and feel the journey differently. There were so many amazing things about this game that didn't fit into this essay, but that made me laugh and tear up throughout my hours with Season.
