I don't recall a futuristic city setting or cowboys and policemen being in Rambo: First Blood part 2 LOL (though Rambo: First Blood was set in a small town and did have policemen). Oh game designers...

Anyway, the enemies here are annoyingly fast and they too have extended firing range like Rambo. You also got to be careful of the grenade throwing police motorcyclists who can catch you off guard if your not careful. If you see one, stay clear or take it out immediately. The stage ends when Rambo takes out...a glowing cave barricade (which kinda looks like a giant veiny blue heart)..I kid you not...
