This most disappointing boss thus far: Eye of Rimsala. He has the potential to be deadly, but he manages to fall just short of a kitten on the danger scale.

The eye itself doesn't do a lot. The fight begins with your characters becoming confounded, which should be cured with either the Cure alchemy or an Essence item. The eye begins to spin around and does moderate damage if it hits you. The real damage comes from the statues at the top of the room. They throw incredibly powerful flash spells at you constantly that can kill you in just a few shots. The good thing is that, unlike other alchemy bosses have used, you can outrun these since they have limited range. You can kill the statues with alchemy if you'd like, but I did this boss four times, and each time the statues seemed content to ignore me and cast spells only at my dog, even after he died.

The boss only has 1200 HP, so if you ignore the confound and both you and your dog get in a charged attack at the beginning before he moves, he can be taken out in one shot with a bit of luck. That happened the first time by accident; I had to reset and let the boss get a head start in order to make this video. Whatever. Major pushover. Enjoy!
