Now that the Astro City Mini is coming to the English speaking world, thanks to Limited Run games, we thought that it would be worth taking a second look at SEGA’s Astro City Mini console from late last year. Rather than simply review the console, as so many others already have, we’ve opted to examine every single game and it’s place within the story of SEGA as a top videogame developer through the 80s and 90s.

We hope you enjoy this epically long and detailed look at both the games of the Astro City Mini and SEGA as one of the greatest arcade game developers from that industry’s glorious past.
