Rieko Kodama is one of the most important producers at SEGA responsible for some of the greatest SEGA games of all time. Her story essentially stretches back to the beginning of SEGAs glory days in the early 80s, and understanding her legacy is central to understanding the role that SEGA played in the world at large.

Chief among her accomplishments are some of the best jrpgs of all time, including Phantasy Star, and the Skies of Arcadia.
