Anto RetroGamer Presents: one of the many SEGA Saturn featuring Segata Sanshiro (Hiroshi Fujioka) for the Japanese market. For those who don't know, Segata Sanshiro is a parody of legendary judo fighter Sanshiro Saguta, who goes around punishing people for not playing the SEGA Saturn. If you know your history, that was a LOT of people. The running series of Segata Sanshiro commercials would last from 1997 - 1998, coinciding with the end of the SEGA Saturn.

This would be the first Segata Sanshiro commercial, airing in November 1997. Apparently, playing rec baseball is not as important as playing the SEGA Saturn. Segata Shanshiro utters his trademark: 'Try SEGA Saturn', although this would be before the use of his own theme song,, which would later become a CD single and ever appear the main character of his own game!
