Alex Kidd in Shinobi - as the name suggests - is a parody from the original Shinobi game also on the Master System. Many of the stages and the music from Shinobi appear in this game, but the Bonus Stages do not. Unlike it's imitation, is the number of secret areas through the game which counts as an early form of 100% completion in the final credits. This gives some much needed replayability, as the game is quite easy and short, with only four stages in total.
