Serious Sunday: Exploit or Glitch? What's the line between exploit & glitch in a "Glitchless" run?
In direct response to various comments about whether or not the Legend of Zelda Any% "Glitchless" run is truly glitchless or not, Luke delves into the definitions of Exploits vs. Glitches, and how to tell the difference between them, and even if there is a difference. He talks about bugs in the context of video game QA, and how different game speedrun communities define which exploits are acceptable, which are not, and whether they, themselves, are glitches or not.

Serious Sunday is a freeform roundtable discussion between the members of the Level 0 NPCs, where a specific topic is pre-selected by the group to be explored and discussed at length. Each of the NPCs approach the topic from both the perspective of a seasoned, die-hard gamer, and as creators of games themselves. Part freeform review, part critical analysis, part video game book club, Serious Sunday is where the NPCs take a step back and take a moment to give a serious look at something that is important to the industry, or games in general.
The background video displayed in this episode of Serious Sunday is the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Glitchless Any% run at Summer Games Done Quick 2016.
