5This Serious Sunday, December 25th, 2016, we have an update from last week's episode, and the news that Crytek is validating our fears as it has shuttered 5 of its worldwide studios, making hundreds of staff redundant. Spin appears to be positive, but with added news that Cloud Imperium games's Star Citizen is moving to Lumberyard - a CryEngine spinoff run by Amazon, one of their key business partners has jumped ship and things continue to look bleak. With the holidays upon us, it's a terrible time for layoff and closure news.
