Severe mouse movement and flickering issues for R* Games Launcher's version of GTA: SA (Read Desc.)
I knew they would fuck this game up even worse with this release somehow. This is done on a fresh install of Rockstar Games Launcher's version of San Andreas, it's unmoddable (no silent patch compatible with it either) and purely vanilla.
Issues encountered: Camera spins around on its own at various speeds, which can be changed by moving the mouse around in the main menu (which works well in btw), while the spinning happens in-game, you cannot do anything to change it, you can see my mouse flailing around with nothing happening.
Once the mouse has been "fixed", the sensitivity is inconsistently choppy and slow, sometimes going really fast too. I can only fix it after booting up the game again and I'll explain soon. When the mouse is movable and I move CJ aswell, it makes the animation choppy, you can even see CJ's legs get fucked around.
Changing the sensitivity to any value from default WILL cause the spinning to happen and the fix won't work anymore, as the camera at one point will just give up and not respond to your mouse whatsoever, and NEITHER WILL LMB AND RMB!!! (so it deactivates the whole mouse in-game for some reason)
Other issues: Flickering if you look down. This bug is OLD. O L D. For a 2019 re-release of this game, this is absolutely unacceptable. The only fix for it is provided by a third party .asi mod, I don't think Rockstar EVER adressed this themselves.
My maximum resolution is 1366 x 768 x 32. The most I can go for is 1280 x 720 x 32. Why?
This video will be used for a ticket on Rockstar Games' site to get them to fix it for other people, I will uninstall this digital copy and stick to my day one 1.0 disk copy.
