A complete scenery pack covering the entire region of Seychelles for X-Plane both the latest X-Plane 12 and the previous X-Plane 11 - compatible with both.
Seychelles has been somewhat neglected in all versions of X-Plane and this mod aims to bring the region and area up to stunning true-to-life detail all based on real-world data for accuracy.
The scenery features a completely custom mesh terrain which is essentially what brings the ruggedness of the landscape into detail, the hills/valleys, ups and downs in the terrain below you as you fly. Also included are complete photorealistic (photoreal or orthophoto) textures for the entire region based on improved satellite imagery. Along with that, custom trees, plans, and general vegetation has been included and hand placed for true accuracy.
The major airports of the islands themselves - Seychelles International Airport (FSIA) and Regional Praslin Island Airport (FSPP) have been recrafted over the default X-Plane offering and offer a complete overhaul of the default. They are represented in stunning detail in the simulator and all of the work has been hand generated from real-world data of the real-world airports using the latest charts and data made available.
Over thirteen (13) additional airports and airfields have been hand-crafted in the Seychelles region and included in the scenery pack. Also, four (4) heliports have also been included as an extra.
Hundreds of objects and landmarks over all of the islands have been covered and have been hand-crafted and are completely custom. Autogen buildings and objects have been included and are included from a new scenery library included with this scenery pack which is uniquely designed for the Seychelles region.
Roads, sea routes, and ground and sea traffic in and around the islands have been included to make flights in/out and around the islands as realistic as possible. Static aircraft along with liveries have also been included by developer Pedro van Leeuwen.
There is also the inclusion of “Scenery Animation Manager” (SAM) by Aerosoft.
Essentially, this is a very large and extensively detailed add-on bringing Seychelles up to exceptional detail in both X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 11.
The add-on is released as payware which means you need to purchase it in order to use it.
