i Get this error when trying to connect with SFTP :
Oops! Something went wrong. Don't have permission to access the requested location.

The problem caused by, your Ubuntu (16.04) not already installed : openssh-server ..

So, just install sudo apt-get install openssh-server .. and try again to connect via SFTP
