Back to the beginning we go, Shadow is still searching for answers to his past. Black Doom has provided little to no leads as to his creation. In desperation Shadow decides to seek out Dr. Eggman and ask him why he is who he is and why Gerald Robotnik created him. It won't be easy tracking down Eggman, who has been living in semi-seclusion after the Metal Sonic was defeated, but when Shadow commits himself to a mission, he commits himself. Maybe he can finally get some answers?
