0So, after meeting with the Doctor, we find out that he is in fact the actual Emerald Ripper who has been murdering people within the city but, unfortunately, we find out that there is a specific reason for these killings which means we have to dive deeper into this rabbit hole. After rummaging around in his belongings, we found a journal that talked about how the people he was targeting all seemed to have one major connection between them; Each of them had a prosthetic limb/organ that was donated to them. I think I caught onto that idea when we were snooping around but, thanks to his journal, we find out that there seems to be a subtler connection. Each of the parts came from the same donor, a Mrs. Melinda Watts or, better known as Sam’s mother. Now, there are a couple of reason why Silas was trying to rebuild Sam’s mother (we already knew that she was dead, in case you might’ve forgot); 1) He might’ve known the family and was obsessed with her although his journal mentioned anything along those lines, 2) Maybe she resembled someone close to him and was trying to rebuild her like in Dragon Age 2 or 3) Someone close to Melinda hired this lunatic to go around murdering these people and removing the donated organs/limbs for some importance. I think if it were either of the first two options, the game would’ve just ended which means we need to dig a little deeper into Melinda’s past and figure out who might be behind this.
